§ Mr. S. WALSHThe total initial cost is estimated at £104,100, of which £65,600 represents value of stocks in hand and £38,500 is cash expenditure. The normal annual additional cost will be £7,800, but for the first three years the annual cost will be higher, as garments of the old pattern in stock will require alteration. The cost of issuing sporrans and spats is respectively £5,150 and £1,260, out of which £1,780 represents the value of issues from available stock.
