HC Deb 11 March 1924 vol 170 c2166W
Sir R. HAMILTON

asked the Postmaster-General whether he is prepared to give greater facilities than exist at present to the public for the purchase of postage stamps at places other than post offices?

Mr. HARTSHORN

Licences for the sale of postage stamps are issued freely and without charge wherever there is a demand. If the hon. Member will give me details of any case in which a licence appears to him to have been unjustifiably withheld, I shall be glad to inquire into it.
