§ Brigadier-General SPEARSasked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been called to the report of the Leicestershire Insurance Committee as to the health conditions in the area; whether he is aware that the committee report that the rural areas suffer considerably more from unsatisfactory and inadequate housing than do urban areas; and will he consider, in formulating the Government housing scheme, giving priority to house building in rural areas?
