§ Mr. RICHARDSYes, Sir. A small deficit of Rs. 38 lakhs is at present anticipated on the ordinary revenue and expenditure account. But as special receipts, aggregating Rs. 244 lakhs, will be credited to revenue in the current year, an eventual surplus of about Rs. 2 crores is expected.
