§ Mr. WALSHI have been asked to reply. Lance-Corporal Cowderoy died of appendicitis, and the medical authorities 1795W are satisfied that the disease was not caused or aggravated by his military service. In these circumstances, I much regret that I have no power to award a pension to his mother.
