RAINEasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what steps have been taken by His Majesty's Government to make themselves acquainted with the views of individuals and classes of Anglo-Russian industrialists whose rights and properties in Russia have been affected by Soviet legislation; and whether, and what, opportunities have been given to these persons to make representations concerning their interests?
