SOMERVILLEasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Overseas Trade Department how many men went to Canada from this country last year to obtain temporary work as harvesters; how many of them obtained permanent work in Canada; and how many were repatriated at the expense of the Canadian Government?
§ Mr. LUNNI would refer the hon. Member to the answer which I gave on this subject on the 25th February to the hon. Member for the Kidderminster Division of Worcestershire (Mr. Wardlaw-Milne). Such of these men as were repatriated returned at the expense of the shipping companies.
