Mr. GREENWOODMy right hon. Friend understands that no surcharge of this nature has yet been made in the case of Poplar, but, as he informed the hon. Member on Wednesday last, he has received appeals against surcharges in the case of certain other London boards of guardians. These appeals are receiving consideration, and my right hon. Friend will give a decision in due course.
