§ Mr. WHEATLEYI propose to set up an organisation, representative of the persons in the building industry and in the provision of materials, to advise me on questions connected with the carrying out of the housing scheme and to take all possible steps within the industry itself to facilitate the success of the scheme. I do not think it will be necesary to take statutory powers for this purpose.
