§ Mr. W. MARTINasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty if he is aware that the vacant ground adjoining the royal naval ammunition factory, Alexandria, Dumbartonshire, is full of pit falls, in no way fenced, and is a daily danger to life and limb; and will he take immediate steps to have the citizens protected by either having the ground fenced or levelled?
