asked the Minister of Pensions whether he can grant to Mr. Edward Stevens, of 15, Chatsworth Road, Stratford, S.F.B. 42,323, a further right to appeal for disability allowance as, although in 1919 it was assumed his complaint had passed away, he is at present suffering very badly as a consequence of his war service?
