§ Mr. WHEATLEYThe Small Dwellings Acquisition Acts already empower local authorities to assist residents by advancing money to enable them to purchase their houses, and repayment may be made either weekly or at any periods not exceeding a half-year as may be agreed. I do not think that further legislation is necessary at the present time.
