Mr. ROBERTSI would remind my hon. Friend that copies of Regulations published as Statutory Rules and Orders may be obtained at the Vote Office. The2266W more important changes in the Royal Warrants, Regulations, or practice of my Department are notified in the series of circulars issued from time to time to war pensions committees, and I shall be very glad to arrange for copies of circulars issued in the period mentioned to be sent direct to my hon. Friend and to any other Member who so desires.
