§ Mr. SEXTONasked the Minister of Labour if his attention has been called to the case of G. R. Gibson, of 22, Upper Hill Street, Liverpool, an ex-service man whose application to the Civil Liability Commissioners has been refused on the ground that he had not applied within the time limit; and, in view of the fact that he is now totally incapacitated from work of any kind, will he reconsider his case to enable his wife to open up the business of a boarding-house to which she was accustomed previous to her husband's incapacity, alleged to have been the result of War service?
§ Mr. SHAWThe facts are as stated in my hon. Friend's question. I am, however, still considering the case and will communicate again with my hon. Friend.
