§ Major KINDERSLEYasked the President of the Board of Trade whether it is the intention of the Government to bring in a Bill this Session continuing the Overseas Trade (Credits and Insurance) let, 1920, which expires on the 8th September, 1924, in respect of the powers of the Board of Trade, unless further continued?
§ Mr. LUNNIf the hon. and gallant Member will refer to Section 3 of the Trade Facilities Art, 1924, he will see that the period within which the powers of the Board of Trade with respect to the giving of guarantees under the Overseas Trade Acts, 1920–22, may be exercised has 389W been extended under that Act up to and including the 8th September, 1926.
