ROBERTSONasked the Minister of Health whether he can introduce legislation at an early date to make it compulsory upon Poor Law authorities to grant non-resident relief arid thus obviate the great hardships and consequent breaking up of the homes of deserving poor caused by the action of certain Poor Law guardians who steadfastly refuse to grant non-resident relief?
