§ Mr. BAKERasked the President of the Board of Trade whether his attention has been called to the action of Warrilows, Limited v. De la Rue, in the King's Bench Division, during which it was stated that £20,000 had been paid annually by one firm, in order to prevent another competing against it for Government contracts; and whether he will take these facts into account when he is considering the promised legislation with regard to trading profits?
