§ Mr. AYLESasked the Minister of Health whether, in view of the serious difficulty arising out of the overcrowding of the people in the large towns, he can see his way to advise local authorities that, if in their opinion it is necessary to public health for unemployed persons and their dependants to have the free use of the public baths in their areas, he is prepared to favourably consider grants-in-aid for that purpose?
