Member is aware the whole question of trawling and policing of Scottish sea fisheries has been investigated by a committee whose report has just been issued. My Noble Friend the Secretary for Scotland is considering the report and will keep in view the suggestion made in the question. He has already taken some steps with a view to strengthening the patrol.
