§ Dr. CHAPPLEasked the Under Secretary to the Scottish Board of Health whether anything has been done to implement the promises made with regard to the relief of grievances endured by the smallholders of Sark Tower, in Dumfriesshire.
§ The SOLICITOR-GENERAL for SCOTLANDMy Noble Friend the Secretary for Scotland is informed that arrangements have been made by the Board of Agriculture for the prevision of an improved water supply at this place and that one of the Board's Surveyors is at present on the ground in connection with this and other matters in regard to which complaint has been made.
