§ Dr. SPEROasked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been called to the fact that the new issue of insurance incapacity certificates, on the back of which is a form of death certificate, has a very serious detrimental effect upon the health of the insured patient; and will he immediately take steps to have these certificates withdrawn?
