§ Mr. NAYLORasked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been drawn to the objections raised by the issue of the new incapacity certificates (form Med. 40b and form Med. 40c,), on the reverse side of which is a form of death certificate; and, if so, whether, seeing that these certificates are handled by the patients, he will take steps to have the form of death certificate issued separately?
