§ Mr. BAKERasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will arrange for the codification of all Civil Service Superannuation Acts and Treasury interpretations?
Mr. GRAHAMAt the request of the staff side of the Superannuation Committee of the National Whitley Council it has already been arranged to publish a document containing the Superannuation Acts and the Statutory Rules made thereunder. I understand that this arrangement is satisfactory to the staff side, and I fear that any further measure of codification on the lines proposed by the hon. Member would be impracticable.
