HC Deb 27 February 1924 vol 170 c499W
Mr. HAYES

asked the Minister of Pensions whether he can bring within the ambit of the Regulations the provision of special curative treatment of tuberculosis in children born since the earlier days of the War if the fathers of such, children have been declared by medical boards or tribunals to be suffering from this disease, attributable to or aggravated by war service?

Mr. ROBERTS

I am afraid I have no power to adopt my hon. Friend's suggestion. The responsibility for the provision of treatment for tuberculosis rests with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Health.
