§ Mr. CLAYTONasked the Attorney-General whether the Committee, under the chairmanship of Mr. Justice Tomlin, appointed in 1919 by the Lord Chancellor, Viscount Birkenhead, to inquire into and report upon the establishment and organisation of the Principal Probate Registry and to make such recommendations in respect thereof as the Committee shall think fit, has reported; and, if so, when; and, in the latter case, whether he proposes that the Report shall be published for the information of this House?
