Bird, of 42, 2003W Arthingworth Street, Stratford, to travel to attend medical boards, notwithstanding the fact that medical certificates have been submitted to the Pensions Department that the man cannot travel, and the chief area officer has intimated that his desire is for the man to be examined at home; and whether he will give instructions accordingly?
