Mr. ADAMSONMy attention had not previously been called to this case. I have no power to issue any directions under Section 14 of the Act mentioned. I gather from the papers submitted to me by the hon. and gallant Member that the ease is about to be submitted to the Court on a Note of Suspension and Interdict, and in these circumstances it would not be proper for me to express any views upon it, or to take any action regarding it.
