BRITTAINasked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been called to a recent decision in the Divisional Court depriving weekly tenants of any benefit from reduction in rates under the Rent Restriction Act, 1920; aid whether, with a view to providing a remedy against injustice to the tenants affected, he can see his way to introduce without delay a short Bill dealing with the matter?
