§ Mr. GOSLINGNow that the Aberdare Canal Bilk has received the Royal Assent, I understand that the Glamorgan County Council propose to proceed at once with the preparation of plans and estimates for the construction of this new road. Directly these papers have been submitted to my Department, the proposal will be carefully examined with a view to deciding the extent of the assistance that can be offered to the scheme from the Road Fund.
