§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREThis is a matter entirely for the Government of the Free State, and I have no knowledge at present as to what interpretation may be put upon the Finance Acts by the Free State Courts. Under the Finance Act of 1915, as at. present interpreted it would appear that the answer is in the negative.
