JOWETTasked the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will communicate to the House of Commons the terms of the Franco-Russian Alliance as it existed in the years prior to 1914, seeing that the terms of this Treaty have now been placed before the French Chamber of Deputies by the French Foreign Office?
§ Mr. McNEILLA French Yellow Book containing the texts of the documents which constituted the Franco-Russian Alliance was issued by the574W French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1918 under the title "Documents diplomatiques: Palliance Franco-Russe." I shall be happy to place a copy of that Yellow Book in the Library of the House of Commons.
