§ Mr. AMERYThe post-War establishments of officers of the Accountant Branch are still under discussion, and I am unable to give a definite date as to when they will be fixed. The number of paymaster captains is not affected by the reorganisation of the Coast Guard, with whom no accountant officers of this rank arc serving.
