§ Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKSThe Advisory Council were re-appointed by my predecessor to hold office for one year, and I propose to avail myself of their services if they are good enough to assist me. I may add a few more names, and therefore, with the permission of the hon. Member, will postpone the publication of the list of members for the present.
