§ Commander BELLAIRSasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Transport, whether railway companies are able to confer free railway travel on individuals without interference from his Department; whether any such free railway passes have been conferred on any of the former directors of railway companies who have ceased to perform those duties since the amalgamation of companies; and whether he has any information as to the number of free railway passes in existence?
