The attached statement shows, for each class of goods subject to duty on importation in 1922, the quantities im- 2521W ported in the years 1913 and 1922, distinguishing the quantities consigned from foreign countries and from British Possessions respectively. The quantities which were admitted at preferential rates of duty, included in the consignments from British Possessions, cannot be stated separately, as the determination of any claim for admission at the reduced rates
