§ Major TRYONIn view of the opportunities for securing permanent posts provided for the temporary staff under the recommendations of the Lytton Committee, no exceptional provision has been made for the establishment of employés of this Ministry. A few vacancies have been filled by the transfer of permanent civil servants from other Departments.
