Mr. TILLETT

asked the Minister of Pensions whether his attention has been drawn to the case of an instructor french polisher, employed at Squires Gate, Blackpool, convalescent centre under the Ministry of Pensions, who is in receipt of instruction pay, also draws a pension from the Ministry, and in addition is an employer of labour in the evening and gets time off from his instructional work to carry out the contracts; and why, if a full-time instructor is not required, preference has not been given to an unemployed man?
