§ Lieut.-Colonel LANE-FOXI have received these particulars in respect of only four coal mining districts up to the present time. They are: Durham, 7.85 per cent.; Northumberland 7.51 per cent.; South Wales and Monmouthshire, 7.05 per cent.; and Bristol, 3.70 per cent.
