asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the terms of reference to the Committee set up to consider the working of the recommendations of the Lytton Report will include inquiries into the starting pay of entrants into the Post Office service?

I would refer the hon. Member to the answer which my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer gave on the 19th April to the hon. Member for Ashton-under-Lyne.

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether women Lytton entrants will be effectually covered by the terms of reference to the Committee which is to be set up to inquire into the pay and conditions of that class of civil servants?
