§ Mr. BALDWINAs the hon. Member was informed on the 26th March, the hon. Members for Rushcliffe (Mr. Betterton) and Hastings (Lord E. Percy) have resigned their membership on the Council in view of their appointments to positions in the Government. I regret that I am not yet in a position to give the names of two new appointments which I propose to make.
