§ Mr. CHURCHILLColonel Hammond's Report on the administration of the railways in Kenya and Uganda has been received, and a copy will be placed in the Library of the House. The observations of the Governor of Kenya on the Report are now awaited. When these are received, it will be considered how far Colonel Hammond's recommendations can be carried into effect.
