Mr. YOUNGRevenue arrangements at Sunderland have recently been modified in the interests of economy, and under the new conditions I cannot authorise the expense which would be incurred in continuing a separate stamp office there. Steps have been taken to minimise any inconvenience which might otherwise result in that city from the closing of the Office.
