DAVIESasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies how many British children under 16 years of age have been permitted to leave home ports as emigrants for Overseas Dominions by the Government during the four months ending 30th April; and how many children under two years of age of British birth have been allowed to be sent to British Overseas Dominions or foreign countries during that period?
