§ Mr. DEVLINasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies when the proposed Commission to deal with cases of victimisation, malicious injury, and persecution in Ireland is to be appointed; what representation will be given to the Catholics of Belfast and of the six-counties of Northern Ireland on that Commission; and whether the Parliamentary-representatives of the Catholics of the six-county area will be consulted on the matter?
