§ Lieut.-Colonel CROFTasked the Secretary of State for War if any decision has now been come to with regard to the granting of meritorious service medals to ex-soldiers who had qualified for the medal but for the fact that they had transferred to the Royal Air Force?
Captain GUESTThe ex-soldier who had re-engaged to complete time for pension prior to transfer to the Air Force will be dealt with in respect of the award of the Meritorious Service Medal in precisely the same manner and under the same conditions as would have applied had he remained in his parent service.
