§ Lieut.-Colonel STANLEYThe first part of the question cannot be dealt with within the limits of an answer in Parliament, but I hope to be in a position to make a statement on the subject shortly. With regard to the last part, no staff is specially assigned to the subject. The questions involved affect different Departments, and are not the whole-time occupation of any official. The situation is becoming clearer.
