§ Mr. BALDWINI have no information that would enable me to give a definite answer, but so far as the number of complaints received under Part II of the. Safeguarding of Industries Act can be taken as an indication of the position, there would seem to be no ground for supposing that the dumping of goods in this country shows any general or substantial tendency to increase.
