Sir A. BOSCAWENI shall be prepared to consider the reopening of AsLford market for the sale of store stock in about a fortnight's time, provided no further outbreaks of disease occur in the locality in the interval. The exact date will depend on the general outlook, but I am anxious to afford as much relief as can safely be given as soon as possible.
