Mr. YOUNGMy right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer proposes, in connection with next year's Budget, to reissue Command Paper 1,304 so as to include the Estimates for 1922–23. The new Paper will give the actual expenditure for 1920–21 and the Exchequer issues for 1921–22.
