§ Sir A. MONDI assume that my hon. Friend is referring to the new form of annual statement which is required in consequence of the provisions of the Education Act, 1918, Local education authorities have been informed that the Board of Education will be prepared for the current year to accept returns if they are made as complete and accurate as existing accounts will permit, and to waive such of the details as cannot be readily given by any particular authority. I shall be happy to comply with the request contained in the last part of the question, and, if my hon. Friend wishes, to discuss the question with him generally.
